Here I am at home, having fun as usual! This week I have been teething again, which is no fun. I've got two more teeth coming in on top. I started a sing and sign music class. I love it at my music class, because I get to play with new toys, sing, and dance! I did really well at my swimming class also. I was the ONLY kid last class who wasn't crying. Mommy thinks it may be because we've been practicing going underwater at home, so I'm not scared anymore. Over the weekend we went to my aunt Christi's house, where I spent some time with her, my cousin Ryan, my grandparents, and uncle Steve. I showed everyone how good I am at standing up by myself. On Sunday, P. Daddy watched me take my first unofficial step!! Next weekend we're headed to the lake for the long weekend and I can't wait!! 

I am officially eleven months old now! You wouldn'd believe the progress I've made in the last month! When anyone asks me how big I am, I raise my arms over my head, as though to say "so big"! I mimic all kinds of noises. I have learned the following signs: dog, cat, fish, flower, more, and eat. I am standing up and cruising on the furniture. I can even dance too!! I love to listen to music and bop to the beat! Happy belated Father's Day to all of my father friends out there! I had a blast yesterday, visiting with daddy, Grandpa Siemer, and Grandpa Don!

How come no one is commenting? No picture this week because mommy is extremely behind on sorting all of them on the computer and it takes too long to download them....sorry! I've been hanging out in the pool a lot and enjoying the summer weather! My birthday is coming up and I will be one year old! 

Here I am just hanging out. We had a party at our house over the Memorial Day weekend, which was really fun. It was nice having P. Daddy around for a long weekend! Last week was otherwise pretty slow and relaxing. Mommy took me to the park for a swing. The duckies had babies, so we brought some bread along and fed them. Wednesday, I hung out with Grandpa Don, while mommy attempted to make me an outfit. (My Aunt Julie's been teaching mommy how to sew). It was a failed attempt! Friday I started swimming lessons!! The lessons are a very generous and early birthday gift from my Uncle Steve. I LOVE to swim and am really excited about going to the classes. Mommy thinks I am a natural! I didn't even get scared when I got pulled into the water from the side of the pool! Over the weekend Mommy, Sweetie, and I made a cannon ball run to H-town and back for a friend's baby shower. It was really nice meeting mommy's childhood friends!
