First of all, mommy would like to say she is sorry for slacking on my blog!! She's been fighting a bad reaction to the antibiotic she had been taking for mastitis. She's feeling better now, but we've all had to make some adjustments. Mommy wishes she were as resiliant as I am! Anyhow, this past weekend, we had the fortune of taking a road trip to Natchez, Mississippi (for fun), with our dear friends, rtilghman. We ate some really great food, shopped at some neat boutiques, watched our very first Confederate Pageant, and toured some homes that were built in the 17 and 1800s. This is a picture of mommy, P. Daddy, and me on the second floor balcony of one of the homes. Natchez was absolutely one of the most beautiful places on Earth. The flowers were in bloom everywhere, and the weather was perfect (about 70 degrees and sunny). We stayed at a quaint little B&B, which was also lovely. We also heard lots of ghosty stories involving slaves and tales from the Civil War! Anyhow, thanks to rtilghman and their families for showing us a really great time!
