'Tis the season for cheer and excitement! Last Friday night, when P. Daddy came home from work, he brought Auntie Mo!! She stayed with us for almost a week, and it was awesome! I never got sick of her reading me the story my Mommy wrote! She is a great story teller. Throughout the weekend, we mainly hung out around the house, playing, singing, dancing, telling stories, and catching up in general! Sunday, we met Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Steve, and Aunt Chris and Ryan at a huge resort/hotel. P. Daddy took me there once before for a festival, but I must say, they really outdid themselves for Christmas! The decorations were amazing!

Here I am with my sister, taking a break by a fountain. My cousin Ryan taught me all about tossing coins into them and making a wish! There was a HUGE train village set up, a coi pond, and an almost life size gingerbread house! The main draw is an ice maze, which takes about an hour and a half to get through. We got there a little late for that, and didn't get to go through it. Maybe next time!

There were plenty of photo opportunities though! Oh, I also met a boy in the lobby who was doing amazing things with a glow stick loop he had made. I guess I stared at him long enough that he felt sorry for me, and gave me several of his glow loops. We whirled and twirled them together all through the lobby! It was fun! Tuesday morning we took Auntie Mo to my playgroup, where she got to meet quite a few of my friends! We had a potluck lunch, which was a bonus! Chrismas Eve was spent at our house. Mommy wasn't feeling well, so everyone else chipped in to help prepare dinner. Nana, Papa, Uncle Thomas, Kim, Russell, and Richelle all came over. After dinner, we did a gift exchange. I then went to bed early, because I knew Santa wouldn't come if I stayed up too late! Believe it or not, I then slept in Christmas morning!

The first thing I went for way my stocking! Next, I headed towards the tree. Santa doesn't have time to wrap our presents, so we always know what he's brought, because it's sitting unopened, under the tree. This year, he brought us (my sister and I) some books, new markers, a parachute, and some games. We also got a TON of really great gifts from other friends and family members, so thanks again to all of you! I really loved everything I got this year! I've been making my parents play the Cootie game nightly since I got it! It's really fun. I'm apparently really good and rolling the dice (Papa you should be proud about that one!)

Anyhow, Christmas night, we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house along with Aunt Chris, Ryan, and Uncle Steve. We had dinner, dessert, and then opened more presents. Here I am, wearing a really cool poncho that my Uncle Mike sent me all the way from Venezuela. It is AWESOME! Uncle Mike must have known I HATE wearing long sleeves, so it's perfect for me! It will keep my body warm, without causing me problems with restricted arm movements! Yay! (I cannot figure out how to post sideways pictures straight, so if anyone CAN, please let my mom know!) Happy new year, everyone!
