April Showers

 

Mommy says that April showers bring May flowers. Well, since the tulips I helped her plant a few weeks ago already died, I am ready for some new flowers to come in! I have been helping Mommy a lot in the garden. I really enjoy spending time outdoors. I have started riding a bike with training wheels on it! I'm still working on the concept of pedaling, but I can get around pretty quickly with my legs pushing! I also enjoy making a beeping sound every time I back up, because I think it's cool when trucks do that! This week was pretty good until Friday. Ansley started getting sick. We ended up having to stay home all day Saturday (we had planned to go out of town for a wedding). It's a good thing too, because I puked Saturday night! Speaking of puke, some of you may know that I have to have surgery in a few weeks (if you'd like details- send Mommy or Nana, or Grandma an e-mail). I would appreciate you keeping me in your prayers! Mommy has been reading me a book about a girl named Rita who goes to the hospital to have her tonsils out. I get to tour the hospital in a few weeks. While I am anxious about the surgery, I know it will mean I will no longer have to take that yucky medication daily!
